Of the four places listed only Constantinople has seen a clear ethnic change since it passed under Islamic control. North Africa outside of Egypt is still predominantly Berber. Bosnia and Albania are still largely occupied by the same peoples that were there in 1389. Cyprus has had a mixed population going back to ancient times.
