This was all by design. Obama and Trump are good friends who both hate Hillary. They did whatever it took so Trump would win and Hillary would lose. It's all so clear now and the reason Trump wouldn't stop the Mueller investigation. Obama and Trump knew the outcome and knew it would make democrats look like the crazy, hateful bitches they are and the conclusion of the Mueller report would end up making Trump's approval ratings skyrocket guranteeing a 2020 win and no chance for a Hillary presidency. It's the only reason Obama said the Russians couldn't rig our elections.
