I do remember when a white woman falsely reported two black men to have threatened her if she didn't vote for Obama and carved a "B" into her face. Conservatives/Republicans ate it up, despite evidence, the "B" carved backwards as if done while in front of a mirror, suggesting that it was a hoax. It turned out to indeed be a hoax.

It received more coverage on television. And yes, the story lasted roughly a week, only because her I'll planning gave her up rather quickly. Smollett's story fell apart rather quickly as well, once they tracked down down the "perps".
Where thing will differ is the conservatives/Republicans will go berserk, rather than calmly point out the growing trend of crying wolf (racism, sexism, etc.)

The difference is that everyone knows niggers are exponentially more likely to actually do that shit. Like on the news when you hear 3 people beat, robbed and killed and old lady for $3. Even though niggers make up 12% of the population, we know it's highly likely they did that crime. Even the liberals know but they won't say it out loud. People know.
