How many push ups can you do?

A new study indicates that the number of push-ups men can do can determine their risk for heart disease.

The study from Harvard looked at the heart health of male firefighters over 10 years.

Researchers found that those who could do 40 push-ups during a timed test were 96 percent less likely to develop a heart problem than those who could do 10 or less.

I have no doubt we could all do 40 in a timed test, the kicker is what length of time. And what if you can't do any push-ups because of injury?

AYKM? i was forced to do pushups for any negligence of "person in charge's" rules from age 7

maybe millenials weren't forced to do pushups in elementary school and up but i was

(back then, some of them said we'd be going to vietnam that it would start back up. different days.)
