Department of Justice officials, including Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, considered invoking the 25th Amendment to remove President Donald Trump

25 amendment is employed only after the death of a president. it does not mention is purpose being any other (and was enacted due to Woodrow Wilson's heart condition)

Brilliant, insightful post. Just a few problems

1. 25th Amendment was ratified in 1965, or 46 years after the death of Woodrow Wilson.

2. Please read Article 4, which clearly deals with the process which exists when a President is "unable to discharge" his duties. It is open enough to cover a situation where the President is too corrupt or too incompetent to continue to act as President, which is obviously relevant to current circumstances.

My only problem is that there was no follow through.

Anyone against invoking the 25th amendment or who tries to interfere with efforts to implement it is a traitor.

Democrats use well paid Asian "government psychiatrist" to testify Trump must be impeached based on mental ability. This might keep them out of 2020 elections. FORCED TO ADMIT ON TV HER CLAIMS ARE FULL OF AIR.

rosenstein was appointed by Trump

offering to wiretap Trump AFTER HE WAS PRESIDENT (after dems failed to cheat the election, after dems failed to use an asian to label him insane), if that's what the this is

then yes, he'd offer to do it because he knows 100% no tape or anything else would bear evidence "trump is incapacitated"

good evidence of that is Trump had to interact with GOP and get their endorsement (as well as making a business and many self help speaches across the nation)

the idea dems were EVER going to prove him "crazy" ? you'd have to believe in "might is right" to think it could happen (and you know what they say: live by the sword, DIE by the sword)
