During the Alamo incident, Washington DC sent only 1 volunteer (James Bowie) to help defend the border - who tried to muster more aide in DC but was rejected, Congress saying finances were too tight. It was during the Civil War - Mexico was taking advantage of the lack of troops to defend.

It's concerning that democrats are actually visiting south america and using federal money to spurn a "situation" of a million un-armed soldiers in 2019 and have expressed in the news that it is their intent to over-run the State of Texas authority and duly voted in Republicans
1 million un-armed soldiers claiming to be "non-combatants" who nevertheless are attempting to over-run police: are a significant military force armed or not.

There's simply no evidence that "good rather than harm and picked winners" is intended by democrats. rather the opposite, look anywhere into democrat states and the picking order, wealth, and use of "cheap employees on federal welfare who can't sue" is very obvious.
What's worse is the crime: that the immigrants do things like take over "job dispatch" positions then hire ONLY mexicans, take over political areas by massing together then demand full political area state IRS distribution moneys.

The Battle of the Alamo happened in 1839. The Civil War started in 1861.

The battle of the Alamo happened 25 years before the Civil War. Texas wasn’t even a state. And the mexican government was trying to stop a bunch of pro-slavery settlers from tearing away part of their country.

The 1812 Texas was not about “pro slavery” or “getting torn away”, not mention the civil war 1812 when texas was a part of the confederacy.
