Seriously, I think after 4 or 5 years, she will have a certain movitivation to avoid the cage, so won't go right out and set the morono's house on fire or hunt down myeesha or anything like that. However, we all know that sooner or later something will trigger her and she'll fuck up again.

She's not getting out anytime soon. She's tried committing suicide at Fluvanna and has been committed. When she's in the psychiatric hospital it doesn't count as credit towards her sentence.

Well, this is a sad development. As much as lizzie was a PITA, I don't want her dead. And if she's not currently earning credit, she'll never get the fuck out. Why did she try to snuff it, after getting through two years? I kind of thought she might actually take to life in the big hose.

She was diagnosed with PTSD from being molested by her biological father. She also was diagnosed with major depression and borderline personality disorder.
All this is documented as it was part of her defense.

Incidentally, exactly what went down that day? And did miz lie in court about what happened? He has a case history of making false accusations against lizzie. Lizzie dug her own grave. The Moreno Crime Family made quite an impression of themselves during and after the eesh P.O trial. They evidently didn't get the subtle hint when the presiding judge himself stated he visited Fairfax Underground. Already on thin ice, the MCF continued to harass witnesses and generally disrespect the legal system which does not sit well with those who hand out sentences. Hence when Monique Wells stood before the bench, the die was, to a certain extent, already cast.

Earlier in the thread, eesh mentioned her various mental issues and past difficulties. What he left out was the fact that lizzie virtually lived on this forum from its inception. AND she got into actual real life relationships with numerous people from this site. That probably did more damage to her than any organic mental illness or anything that happened to her during her childhood. (miz, are you reading this?)
That said, I don't think lizzie belongs in prison. A mental facility, maybe.

that was a separate drama. There are many eeshlizmizmeg dramas. miz sued eesh for harassment, won 1.5 million dollars, but eesh had the settlement discharged. miz paid his private lawyers $300,000 during all this shit. (do a name search on 'Leiser' or 'Trinnes' and you will learn all about these lawyers.)

The only way this could have ever gotten better is if Eesh beat the suit and didn’t have to put up with the Morenos shenanigans in court. It’s hard to believe they had the money to bankroll $300k for lawyers that, in my opinion, should have known the suit would have never been paid out. That it was likely it would be discharged. Was it a jury trial or just the judge?

I think Eesh should be paid for what I consider harassment through the court system. I also believe that Miz brought this treatment upon himself so that he could receive attention. If I were tootguy I would have kicked out Miz years ago and made him support himself. I would have never allowed $300+k to be paid to lawyers as it would hurt retirement. Imho, a waste of money the Morenos spent with nothing to show for it but an article in the Post.
