Oh, the criticism when the Bush White House suggested this. As we see once Vince's "grownups" got into the White House and saw reality, surprise surprise they react exactly the same and NOT the way the obama nuts with their hope wanted. There was absolutely zero reason to elect demokrat obama, he is different from Bush only in physical height. Might as well have elected Bush for a third term. Maybe after he is done overthrowing the nation and installing his own konstitution he'll put Bush back in for a third, fourth and fifth term himself.
