eesh must really be hurting for money

I come onto this site for the first time in months and eesh is suing chuck hoffman now?! Is the guy just addicted to playing lawyer at this point, or is he just so broke after declaring bankruptcy that he's going after anyone he can? what in the world could he possibly have to claim in damages re chuck hoffman? has that guy even posted in the last year? you'd think this eesh guy and all the other idiots involved in lawsuit shenanigans would've wised up and moved on by now. jeesh!

This is all a big misunderstanding. I became a video game programmer, and designed a first person shoot-'em-up in which the targets were derived from my vast collection of eesh pics. We had gone into this with an 'informal' agreement that this was OK, and at some point eesh would get some royalties from game sales. Well, sales have been slow, but eesh still wants the same payoff he would have received had we sold one million downloads.
