It's illegal.

You have to be the injured party to file a lawsuit. She is not injured infact she's a rich person abusing power.

Judges specifically are NOT allowed to fish for cases. Famously: the hispanic judge of Fairfax county did as soon as she got in (as i said: it's illegal).

AG - there are tons of rules of them doing all and only the law.

(they cannot fish for lawsuits, not in general)
