People always thought Obama would be the guy to nix mandatory minimums and help non-violent offenders. But noooooooo. Obama was too busy sucking bankster wang and destabilizing the Middle East.

Let's hope the Senate will pass this. The War on Drugs has been a waste.

This will mean more black people will be released from prison and black people going into jail will serve shorter sentences.

This has to make the Democrats very afraid because if Trump commutes their sentences, it will make the Libs look incompetent - as they normally do.
