Charlottesville protest / auto murder trial: judge allows submission of "online posted meme" as evidence of planned murder
Posted by: right to know ()
Date: December 01, 2018 09:44AM

wow. eesh and i are in trouble because we've posted a meme of wrong-doing on about any subject matter possible !

HOWEVER. THE PUBLIC HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW HOW MANY MEME AND OF WHAT KIND THIS PERSON POSTED

James Fields Jr. is accused of INTENTLY plowing a car into a crowd. However a he has a witness that some democrats were tampering with his new "prize" car and had hid the accelerator in fear of a mob crashing the car / perhaps him next (also testified was that in the state of shock hitting the brakes was not easy).

this youtube hit, made first by google, claims fields is a kkk member

maxresdefault.jpg

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGSAx8cIUCI

no brake light is shown in video. the brake light is mastered out

from "trial begins" on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1A3xeUpwAo

the clip below clearly shows someone who found the brake pedal and used it. some videos show it in-situ / live as well.

the photo above needs explaining

the "flag man" has a smile on his face (it's not a face of terror or of defense. it's a clear act of vandalism)

at this time the car is 15 ft from the crowd (we not several feet later his brake is depressed)

Fields claims the flag man both shocked him and thus his attention to hit the brake was distracted. none the less: fields DID hit the brake

also: 2 hr before a "state of emergency" was declared (go home) - legally the students in the streets were already supposed to have gone back to the dorm - an order they ignored

DESPITE PHOTO EVIDENCE AND WITNESSES THAT FIELDS CAR WAS THREATENED AND IT WAS PROBABLY ALL JUST AN ACCIDENT

THE JUDGE HELD JAMES IN PRISON AND SHOWED HIM IN MEDIA AND PARADED JAMES DURING MOTIONS IN A PRISON JUMP SUIT

except with probability of flight (unlikely, has car and mom who helped buy it for him?) it's illegal to hold a person in prison before a trial

innocent until proven guilty

IT'S ALSO ILLEGAL TO ISSUE A PENALTY BEFORE A RULING

MEANING - JAMES HAS SAT IN PRISON FOR YEARS DURING A FALSELY ELONGATED TRIAL WHICH IN ITSELF IS ILLEGAL

(A EXPEDIENT TRIAL IS DEMANDED BY THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA)

IN THE TIME ALLOWED BLOOD THIRSTY DEMOCRATS DIDN'T PROVE THEIR CASE

CASE CLOSED

Trials MUST be expedient, delay is legal injury.

In the USA YOU CANNOT CLAIM A PERSON IS GUILTY OF YOUR ACCUSATIONS AND HOLD THEM IN PRISON WHILE YOUR LOOKING FOR DIRT

HARVARD IS TEACHING THIS (DNC CENTRAL) AND I HAVE A BONE TO PICK WITH HARVARD

(any such process must be very quick and only for "fear of likely flight" cases - for example - an illegal immigrant who might flee the country or just step over to a sanctuary state like MD where they don't want his real name, just his cheap labor)

Holding political prisoners - is certainly jailtime for a judge if proven (though in the 1st 50 yr of roman university law: it was a death penalty).

Didnt read the Bold print stuff but is it the defendants position that he used his 3500 lb car to run people over because someone gave him the finger or sneered at him? Then he forgot how to use the brake?!?

Yea good luck with that defense. If we all plowed into pedestrians whenever someone flipped us off or looked scary death by auto would increase 10,000%

when hillary dies i'll be accused sexually harassing her and causing her death, because of a meme. i'll be held in prison for 10 years then there will be "a trial".

it's called "spanish inquisition law", btw, that way of doing law.

ON WHAT EVIDENCE? it is a murder trial. there's no evidence he planned murder. all indicators are that it was an accident that i can find.

please cite some URL listing pre-accident evidence that would suffice as "BEYOND A DOUBT" EVIDENCE for a murder trial>

Day 8: Fields drove at 28 mph before hitting crowd.

BUT POLICE ARE INFAMOUS FOR INFLATING SPEED ESTIMATES. SO I'M CALLING IT NO MORE THAN 25, which is "the speed limit".

I would say the right speed in a parade / crowded street would be ? 2 mph about the speed of the parade.

I'D LIKE TO KNOW HOW MUCH OF THE TOWN MR FIELDS TRAVERSED BEFORE THE ACCIDENT. was that the first blocked intersection he came upon? was 25 mph the speed he'd normally traveled?

25 is too fast for any modern city really they are practically parking lots (10-15 mph), though 21 yr old often drive slightly above the limit and call that "safe" (it's old people that drive under the limit imho).

meanwhile, unlike fairfax, Charlotte's Ville has been supporting a town flooded with college drunk and dis-orderly students (without arrests)

they are partly responsible for "running a rowdy college town" to attract yuths

HOWEVER the mem was a long standing joke before james ever posted a meme: it was not originally "his meme".

CBS PHOTO EDITED THE NEWS RELEASE TO INSURE JAMES APPEARED TO BE AT FAULT, AND CBS IS LIKELY LINKED TO THE INSURANCE COMPANIES SEEKING TO AVOID PAYMENT

from day 1 - televised edited video by democrat media

for stupid dems: media, ie in fairfax, has shelter at the courthouse parking lot under ground

if there's a town case/even they know the "outcome" before the story is published

YOUR DAMN RIGHT they were involved in the insurance fraud part of it - so was the judge
