For some reason, I don't think Trump will throw Pence under the bus. Although Trump usually attacks anybody more popular so it could happen. I never thought Trump would bash Cohen or Manafort either.

Pence would be stupid if he wasn't planning on becoming President in the next few months. He will pull a Gerry Ford and only be prez until the remainder of Trump's term. I wouldn't doubt if the GOP run some other person in 2020.

Pence won't get the chance to take over. He was selected by Manafort for a reason. He may not have actively participated in collusion with Russia (that remains to be seen), but he certainly knew all about it. Meuller is not stupid; he will probably bring down Pence before Trump.

Hadn't heard that. Cruz is a completely unscrupulous vampire. Trump is what Cruz had planned on becoming before Trump showed up and ruined his plans. I have no idea why Democrats would even consider listening to that creature.
