Bear on a bridge

I would think that the odds of a live bear climbing that high onto a bridge, where the word "BEAR" has been painted, are pretty low.

Actually, the bear fell off the bridge when traffic scared it. It slept on the ledge overnight and was rescued by authorities the next day.
