He has dishonored American war heroes. But we saw that coming.

The French needed the US to bail them out of 2 world wars.

In the 2nd 1, it took the Americans to kick the Germans out of France.

In the 1st 1, the Germans had to pull resources from the east to try to beat the French & British before the Americans could make a diff. This let the multinational force in Greece & the re-org Italians break the eastern front & end the war.


So we bailed the French out twice. Trump's right, as usual.

Napoleon is one of the most influential military leaders in all of human history. His tactics were copied verbatim by almost every country in the world for a hundred years. West Pointers in the 1800s were required to take French so they could study Napoleonic war doctrine. Ever notice how a shitload of military vocabulary is french?
