Date of incident: November 2014 - April 2018

David Trinnes lost our intentional tort case to a pro se party after promising us that we would have an easy victory on our hands. He also told us that he graduated from Georgetown University Law when he actually graduated from Valparaiso University.

While the litigation was ongoing, David was posting to Facebook and Twitter dozens, if not hundreds, of pictures of him partying every night. My family feels that this is malpractice on David Trinnes' part to use the retainer fee to fund the 24/7 party that he was having behind our backs.

Desirable resolution: Refund the $302, 849.09 that we spent on this wasted lawsuit.

In her complaint, she uses the photo that was the basis of this FFXU meme favorite!!

When dealing with the truly stupid, even FFXU can become visionary...

You get people incapable of looking at their side of the street in a situation where they think they are innocent victims. They go to a failing law firm with their checkbook and taken for a $300,000 ride. The Morenos should have listened to the reputable law firms that sent them away. The situation would have been dead and buried three years ago instead of feeding Moreno's hate and making them even uglier people. The $300,000 is twice what was being reported.

It is a human interest schadenfreude story.

The family of a deceased crossdressing kid named Colton West cates. Colton's dead body was found dumped in a parking lot in Cardinal Forest. His family is looking for answers and posting pictures of William Moreno on their Facebook page. So tell us, Miz, did you try to sell drugs to the dude? Or was it a gray sex encounter where your erectile-challenged micropenis couldn't perform, and you got angry and killed him?

Colton's family cares and wants answers.

LOL at the Sensei Enterprises nonsense. Loudoun Sheriff's Office already conducted a forensic investigation of the swatting and it lead back to the United Kingdom. That's why there were never any arrests. Monique's "testimony" did not match the police evidence, and the Morenos knew this.

All 911 systems have caller ID, and the calls are recorded. A voiceprint analysis comparison to eesh would have gotten a conviction, yet eesh was never even charged. That indicates the Sheriffs' office knew the swatter was not eesh. The Washington Post writer should have made that point, but he was obviously biased from the outset.

The title of the article was in fact quite accurate:

What is obvious to everyone except the Moreno Crime Family and Justin Jouvenal is that the troll was and is William Moreno himself. Moreno made countless vile and offensive posts on the forum, was banned in no uncertain terms, and yet continued to post illegally and harass other users.

William Moreno destroyed his family's life by draining his parent's finances for his frivolous lawsuit, and destroyed his father's health with all the stress, sending him to an early grave. And the stabbing attack on his father which earned William a Felony charge and a week in jail was not good for family harmony either.

William's parents were not the only family members to suffer. William made excuses for his pedophilia by claiming he had been abused by his grandfather William McMillan, and claimed his sister had been undressing in front of her bedroom window while eesh crouched in the bushes below and watched. There was no basis for either claim but William's brother and sister do not speak to him and he is not welcome at family reunions.
