That's completely battery powered. Plenty of other line-driven and diesel electric locomotives. The latter can produce up to ~15,000 horsepower. The only distinction really being what's driving the generation of electricity (i.e., diesel motor vs batteries), not the motor itself.
It's really not a matter of power. Electric motors can be as or more powerful. Range, weight, size, battery management, etc., are more the considerations.
