This one is a winner folks! I ate this bad boy for lunch and it kicked ass!
It is not a healthy meal choice but what the heck,
BBQ’N BURGER: 1,160 calories, 74 g fat (32 g saturated fat, 2 g trans fat), 3,560 mg sodium, 77 g carbs (4 g fiber, 31 g sugar), 49 g sugar

TGI Friday's "food" is awful. It's the absolute worst of any chain out there. You'd think burgers would be safe, but the burgers even suck. You couldn't pay me to eat there, so I'm not paying to eat there.
Stay away from the 1 on Penn Ave. in DC. It's staffed by dindus who have the worst case of ghettonic plague you'll see anywhere. most of the customers are ghetto negroes too.

Loved Springfield Mall location until all the niggers started going there.
