I grew up without air conditioning in school. It's not a reason or excuse for closure.
And where is Baltimore getting the money for school upgrades like computers, air conditioning, pay raises? All off debt no doubt.

Down south AC theft is a big problem. They come and steal your heat pump from right out of your yard. I had a metal cage around my unit.
