the right to bear arms. As long as we see this happening, you will never have a gun control, families have to be protected from animals like this. This does more than anything to raise the tension. I'll bet at least 30% of these criminals are packing a weapon like gun or knife. sure Hillary has body guards armed with hand
guns but the rest of us is "catch as catch can" NO THANK YOU

Police are supposed to protect against this type of stuff. Failing that, its up to the property owner.

Looters used to be shot, or at least controlled by fire hoses. These policies should return.

looters during natural disasters often carry weapons. officers shot (and there have been some) cannot just "call for backup" and no abulance will be on the way

the looters are lucky it wasn't a "bad storm" (ie, national guard not in control of area) and that police considered it a normal policing routine. because otherwise they could be shot on sight

during katrina there were looters shot. one famous video had looters and a man present with a shot gun. the national guard did not automatically execute him. the man claimed he was there protecting the store from looters not acting as a lookout for the looters
