Among other things, Trump is accused of using his charity’s funds to pay his business expenses.
In one instance in 2007, he allegedly took $100,000 from the Trump Foundation to settle a lawsuit with the town of Palm Beach, Florida, after his Mar-a-Lago resort was found to be in violation of several ordinances regarding flagpoles.
The memo below indicates he told his accountants to put it down as a donation to the Fisher House (but to really use it to pay of his settlement to Palm Beach over the flag pole dispute).
Dumbass put it on his own letter head and signed it.
That is criminal in more than a few ways.

The gov and FBI have a shitload on Trump now. They are just waiting until Trump finishes so he can't pardon anybody.

If the money was electronically transferred across state lines or sent in a check through the mail the act might justify Wire Fraud.
Falsifying a charity's accounting and banking records and then submitting them to the Federal Government for tax reporting purposes - hmmmm.
Not reporting the $100,000 as income from the charity to he IRS - hmmm.
Is there a lawyer in the house who can explain all the possible criminal charges involved here in just this one instance.

Trump says he has the very best lawyers.
Too bad they are recused, going to jail, or just outright refuse to represent him.
Don Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Ivanka are also named in the lawsuit. They need lawyers. And then those people involved in finance and accounting and contracts and legal for the foundation will need lawyers too. The other charity that washed the money before it went to Palm Beach - everyone involved there is gonna need lawyers. The banks that transferred the funds need lawyers.
Looks like a goat rope rodeo and a great day for lawyers who want to make bank.

This is only Ny State AG bringing suit on Trump's bogus charity. It opens a whole can of worms for other states and for the Federal Government to bring a landslide of lawsuits and criminal charges.
