In the spirit of consistency and not stooping to lying degenerate rightard disinformation. The full video shows Trump putting his hand out to shake first, the NK General salutes, Trump responds with a salute, the NK General at that moment extends his hand for a handshake, which is when the photo was taken, and Trump shakes his hand as well thereafter.

Yeah, this pic is plastered on a lot of websites. After reading the articles on the websites it said that the N. Korean General saluted first so Trump returned the salute then they shook hands. Not sure what protocol is called for here but I've seen military personnel salute other foreign leaders and that foreign leader returned the salute back.
Is it called common courtesy to do this?
