Pure gimmickery.

Air is 78% nitrogen.

^ This. Like all good scams there's some element of truth in that in some very specific cases nitrogen filled tires (actually O2 purged is more correct) may be a benefit, that doesn't apply to typical passenger car tires. It's just a marketing gimmick created by some of the manufacturers of the equipment.

certified mechanic says:

* yes, you'll go longer before putting air in tires
* however don't pay allot

* keep your pressure between 32 and 35 - INCLUDING your spare tire
* when temperatures rise so does tire pressure, so don't fill to 35 on a mild day because you'll be over-pressure on a hotter days (today, use 32)

the atomic size of N2 nitogen gas is much bigger than that of "general air". you'll go longer without needing air in your tires guaranteed

Try using hydrogen. Supposedly it works better because it stays at a connstant pressure.

The VW Golf R we have has the tires filled with nitrogen. It gets 38 on the highway.

BS. You don't lose any practical amount of air from tires due to any difference in molecular size. And if you did then it would only be a difference of < 1% and would only apply to the ~20% of air that's not already N2. It would be years before you ever noticed. You lose air because of leaks even the smallest of which will be greatly larger than any molecular difference.

As above, you're not filling the tire with N2, you're using N2 to purge O2 and more to the point water vapor. The only real benefit is that keeps tire pressures and resulting temperatures more consistent. That might make a difference in a race car where it's running at high temps and handling is tuned in a certain way or a jet where altitude causes large pressure changes and landings produce sudden heat, but it makes squat of a difference in a typical road car.

N2 and O2 are practically the same size. About 6% difference. So, no, not much bigger.

Pure N2 is likely to be dryer than regular air and lack CO. This is the only real benefit.

what is that in metrics?

The molecular structure of NitroFill makes it far superior. No comparison!

N2 is 78% of what we breath and is the same molecular structure!

OP is gay. He is referring to "swollen members".

He's looking for responses from nigged out ricer drivers - you know the ones where you could roll a cantaloupe into the tailpipe and it would roll back out.
