Although it may not be morally right I don't think they should face chargers for that. The children DID want the tattoos so it's not like they did it against the children's wishes. I don't quite see how that could be child abuse. Maybe I'm being ignorant. This whole thing got blowed up so big.

Well if we can teach fisting techniques to 5 year olds, allow "Gay Marraige", kill children inside the womb about to enter the world, and let Queers adopt children, then I guess if a kid wants tatoo and his parents agree then it should be okay.
If these parents were gays that tatooed rainbows on thier childrens bodies this would have been deemed acceptable by the media (reference Palin effigy) an or just swept under the rug and with no charges ever be brought up.
