A Los Angeles man confessed to placing a hoax phone call that led to a fatal police-involved shooting in Kansas late last year, a detective testified Tuesday.
Tyler Barriss, 25, was charged earlier this year with involuntary manslaughter for his role in an incident that stemmed from an online gaming dispute and ended with a police officer fatally shooting a man in Wichita, Kan.
Investigators have said Barriss called Wichita police from Los Angeles on Dec. 28. He falsely claimed he had shot and killed his father and was holding other relatives hostage at gunpoint at a Wichita home, according to a criminal complaint.
"I just shot my dad in the head. 'Cause. He was arguing with my mom and it was getting way out of the control," the caller said, according to a transcript of the conversation.
When police arrived, they shot and killed 28-year-old Andrew Finch after he exited the residence and reached toward his waistband. He was unarmed, and police quickly discovered no one had been injured or held at gunpoint at the home.

Emergency call centers have caller ID and also record the calls. A person can be identified through their voiceprint on the recording. The police know Miz swatted himself.

Had it been eesh or someone else who did the swatting, the police definitely would have done something. However because the self-swatting call was made by a suicidal and mentally ill person (William Moreno aka Mr. Misery), the police, as they sometimes do, opted to refer William to mental health providers in lieu of criminal charges. In other words, the police gave the fat pedo retard a break, and he then used that as an opportunity to try to blame the incident on his Internet enemy eesh.

Oh really? What imaginary records did you read William? Was that another one of your fantasy fairy tales?
There was no trial for the swatting because no charges were filed. There was no finding in the civil suit to prove eesh or anyone other than Miz, aka William Moreno himself did the swatting.

This is true; during the motion in limine in the civil trial, user "eesh" pointed out to the judge that the initial complaint alleged that John Doe/TheNorthman committed the swatting, not eesh. The plaintiffs are bound to that complaint, if they now wanted to blame eesh, they would have to withdraw the complaint, amend it to say that eesh was responsible, and then re-serve the defendants.
You can't allege one thing in the complaint, and then allege something new at trial. This is called pleadings variance.
The judge agreed with eesh. Also of note, there were other impersonation posts that the plaintiffs sued for under the tort of defamation per quod, and eesh prevailed under those claims.

For all the shit people gave Eesh for representing himself in court, it seems like the smartest thing he ever did when compared to the six figures the Morenos hemorrhaged to the Leisers. Sharon mocked him for being a “perpetual community college” student, and said student bested their fourth tier law school educated attorneys. How rich is that?
Tyler Barriss stands accused of making a fake emergency call, a crime known as "swatting," that led to the death of a Kansas man. He has been held in a Sedgewick County Jail since January. He is not supposed to have Internet access there, but on Friday the Wichita Eagle noticed Barriss tweeting.
"How am I on the Internet if I'm in jail?" Barriss wrote. "Oh, because I'm an eGod, that's how."
"All right, now who was talking shit?" he added in a tweet 19 minutes later. "Your ass is about to get swatted."
But a software patch applied last week temporarily allowed users to visit unauthorized websites. Barriss used this brief window of unfettered Internet access to post to Twitter. We can be sure that prosecutors are making copies of these tweets for use during the sentencing phase of the case.
"Y'all should see how much swag I got in here," Barriss wrote in another tweet before his Internet access was cut off.

File Chapter 7 is easy. Judges give that shit out like candy because nobody in their right mind files Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
Sucks that eesh is now bankrupt with a chapter 7 bankruptcy and his credit is ruin for 7 years. A good attorney should have shown eesh the other ways around having file chapter 7.
Oh well, a fool for a lawyer. You get what you pay for!

Two thoughts come to mind

1st- If Eesh is 38 and his day pays him 5k isn’t it better than paying 1,000,000+ to Miz and his mommy?
2nd- If Miz really stabbed his father and the police were called by a family member would that almost qualify as one of the Moreno family members swatting Miz?
Kind of like touching another mans underwear qualifies as touching his dick by remote. Enquiring minds would like to know.
Damnit, these are just questions. I hope I don’t have to lawyer up against high powered attorneys for these questions about alleged behavior.
