The House voted down passage of the 2018 farm bill last week. The bill would have reauthorized farm programs and food stamps at a 10-year cost of $867 billion.

Democrats voted in a block against the bill because they opposed expanded work requirements for food stamps. A group of Republicans voted against it because they were frustrated with a lack of action on unrelated immigration legislation.

That the farm bill even got to the House floor shows how uninterested Republican leaders are in tackling rising budget deficits.

Democrats continue to put party before Americans.

Those TrumpTard farmers will have to scale back on all the illegal/immigrant farm hands that harvest and process their crops. Their local banks and businesses and COOPS will suffer. Fewer tractors and farm equipment will be sold. Their real estate values and local economies will tank. Mansanto won't be selling as many genetically engineered round up ready seeds or chemicals.

Republicans control Congress they have the numbers to pass this bill without a single Dem vote. If you werent an idiot you would know 30 Republicans voted against the bill
