That fight would be over very quickly. There are just over a million Arabic speakers in the US. Compare that to the 38 million Spanish speakers in the US. This is irrelevant as everyone that has ever immigrated here eventually learns English. My nephew is half Ecuadorian and would much rather speak English even though he’s grown up using Spanish at home.

Ha! My wife is from S. America. I am a gringo. My son though he is studying Spanish .. Of course he prefers English,. He was born here.

People have a hard time embracing the US and traditional US culture.
It one would just read history .. they would find mistakes, but more so they would find the GOOD that the US has done around the globe.

You can learn Spanish in a hot 2weeks it's so easy. So do that, then when your cleaning ladies are bitching about cleaning your toilets and how their husbands are going to get deported you can yell andale brujas, limpia mas rapido. I just love listening to them shit talk then speaking to them in Spanish when they leave. I do that with the gardener, too. It's hilarious that they spend 20yrs here and can't learn English. Very few instill and desire for a good education in their children, they are the complete opposite of Asians. They just want to make babies and drink Corona. But I do have to say they work faster than others, so I think they show stay since they have chosen to be the slave class of USA.

Nonsense. America was founded on English. It's written into the constitution and will never be surpassed by a foreign language.

In the early 1990's mexicans would walk around speaking both spanish and english, but when approached by police or asked any question like "WHERE IS YOUR RECEIPT", they'd pretend they only spoke spanish. sometimes they'd do this in the same room with the same people - obnoxiously.

Most Fairfax Residents talked about it and hated mexicans for doing it.

Fairfax used to prosecute hispanics that pretended they couldn't speak english and later were found to be able to speak english by investigators: for lying to police officers

SHARON BULOVA et all were so desperate for easy work they beleive their mandatory "spanish language" class in HS should get them government work.

BULOVA et al then began giving government jobs ($50,000 yr pay "minimum") to family and friends just because they spoke spanish - which Bulova et all said was "required by the county".

MOST TAXPAYERS SAID "WHAT THE DEVIL? WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR TRANSLATORS? IMMIGRANTS HAVE TO KNOW ENGLISH BEFORE THEY ARE LET IN THE COUNTRY AND SWEAR TO LEARN THE LANGUAGE BEFORE BEING GIVEN CITIZENSHIP !!"
