I saw Philip at my office talking to my general manager today

I work at a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and I was beside myself when I saw none other than Phil walk into my building. He had a very hush-hush meeting with my general manager. Philip seemed extremely nervous when he first walked in, but after about a 45 minute meeting with my boss, he came out all smiles. Almost like he got offered a job or something...I wonder if Karen knows?

The fact that Phillip didn't show up to defend against a lawsuit from his credit union means he is completely burned out. He may be suffering from depression. Welfare check anyone?

Ask him - explain that you are acquainted with that person, and are concerned he may be trying to scam CB somehow. Worst case scenario, you find out what Phil is up to. Best case? You've saved CB (or your boss personally, if Phil was there in the capacity of personal attorney) a lot of grief.

Guy has probably personally solicited Phil's legal services. Phil was relieved to get the job because Karen's getting stingy about his allowance.

I ain't got no problem with Jews. In fact they been through a very tough history, I feel for them actually.

I DO however share sentiments with the GUY who asked why he has to deal with Spanish instead of English.

He is my hero for the day. I am tired too of hearing a bunch of Spanish in public, particularly when I am asking for help and the clerk, or store employee cannot adequately answer my question due to a lack of English Speaking skills.
