then i got on ffu and got a real headache from the trolls trying to pollenate my thoughts!

I agree. I have been struggling with food intolerance all my life and it's not that easy. Ever since I was a kid I had a very weird reaction to bread and pasta. I mean I could eat it but it would make me really bloated. I was always scared f eating it in public because of that. My mom knew that it bothered me so she took me to a doctor and he told us that my symptoms point towards a food intolerance. He sent us to an allergist who ordered extensive food intolerance testing. After a couple of weeks it was conformed that I was intolerant to gluten so I have been on a gluten free diet ever since. It was a real struggle in the past. It's easier now since it became kind of a trend
