Hoping Whites or Muslims move in next door

Neighbor is selling and I see the prospective buyers coming and going. I am really sick of Hispanic group homes and Asians. Neither of those will fucking talk to you. The Asians wont even waive or come to the door. The Hispanics dont speak Eng. and my Spanish is like 1st grade level.

Muslims, Whites and blacks all will talk to you and take care of their lawns. Friendly. I sure hope I get one of those but I dont see many black families locally. I bet we get Asians. Few more years till the kids are grown and we can move somewhere where neighbors talk to you.

A Paki bought the house next store to me. He had the basement finished and illegally rents it out.
