Did eesh really insult karen leiser in court?

I seem to recall hearing that eesh made some remark to Phil along the lines of 'I don't blame you for using Ashley Madison; your wife is fat and ugly' or something like that. Is that true, or just an urban legend?

How did Phil react? How about the judge?

No of course not. Eesh likes Karen. That was Lizzie who was insulting the lawyers and she was throwing insults at eesh's lawyer.
