Sheehey or something right? Was it Stephen? I don't remember. It was something like that. He wasn't very smart, but at least he was professional. The Leiser Law Firm, they were both stupid and unprofessional. Phillip needs to be careful with that nose of his...he could put somebody's eye out with that thing. LMAO

The ironic thing is almost everything in Judge Phillips' opinion had been spelled out right here on the forum. That includes the key fact that Bankruptcy requires a different standard of proof. I pointed that out several times here and even suggested there would need to be essentially another trial, yet Leiser just didn't seem to grasp that concept.

The plaintiffs just had bad legal advice from the outset. Miz would often confidently and proudly state that the judgement could not be discharged. He was corrected on all occasions and given the real facts, but someone -- and I'm looking at you, Phil, must have been telling him otherwise. ...All the while with a hand in his client's pocket.

Or should he just teach seminars on how to successfully practice WITHOUT the expense and hassle of higher education? Sort of an 'Eesh University'. He could teach it online. 20% rebate for FFU psoters. Except for miz and Gerry.
