I drove by a particular home on Riverview Court in Sterling, Virginia that I plan on buying

This weekend, I found out there is a particular home on Riverview Court in Sterling that will be put on the market very soon, as it's current occupants have a number of debts that are in arrears. I drove past it earlier today to survey the property to determine whether it is a worthwhile investment. There is mildew on the sidings and the house is in a cul de sac which is less than ideal seeing as homes on cul de sacs on average are 15% less valuable than the average home. I do believe it has potential however as Sterling isn't a terrible market, and its position near Sugarland Run and the Dulles technology corridor give it some real value.

Sharon has freaked out about the fact their home is located at the end of the circle. She imagined (she does this a lot) that eesh would pull up and open fire, like some sort of drive by shooting.

Funny because there’s this crack house off Strath Rd. in Henrico county. Some meth head lives there and is getting kicked out. Guess his dad is tired of paying for it. Oh and there’s this gay tree house in the back. You should buy it, burn it down, collect insurance, and build another house

Now that Eesh's judgement is pretty much discharged, maybe Sharon will consider your offer?

If you are lucky, the fat retard that lives there will off himself, because now his family is a proven losing household. You might get a good price.

The Morenos will have to sell the house to fund their appeals of the bankruptcy decision. Maybe eesh can rent out his basement to the Morenos so they have a place to live. As a bonus William wouldn't have such a long drive when he wants to stalk eesh.

I heard that house is haunted by an overgrown slobby child that steals mattress linen and floods the basement.

The deadline for noting an appeal from bankruptcy court is 14 days; the Morenos thought they had 30 days, which is for cases appealed from District Court.

My advice? Strip it down. All carpets, carpet padding, sheet rock, ceiling plaster, curtains, linoleum - get it the fuck out. Can't use it, can't salvage it. Too contaminated. Consult with a specialist as to whether the insulation can be saved.

The kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures are likewise tainted. Straight to the dump!

Warning - the basement at one point suffered water damage - given the poor upkeep of the premises, anticipate potential black mold issues. The fellow inspecting the insulation can provide any necessary guidance and remediation.

If you are looking to buy a house with the intention of immediately doing a major remodel from basement to attic, this could be a great buy if you can get an appropriate discount on it. If you are seeking a home to move your family right into, this house is not for you.

Servpro does a good job on homes like this. Tell them to check the oven for Starban's ashes.
