How do I know if a district court is closed?

I am supposed to be at court tommorow morning in district court in Howard county Maryland (in ellicott city) but I can't find out if it's open or not. The Howard county circuit court is open, but I guess the district court depends on the federal government? (which appears to be open).

Easy. Don't show up. If they issue a warrant for your arrest, they were open.

You haven't missed anything. It was never that noteworthy.
