Bill Clinton made "Golden Parachutes" legal despite the fact investors sued. The %99 democrat seated United States Supreme Court answer? "the USSC will protect the right of Golden Parachuters with weapons if necessary"



(golden parachute means a person who is only an employee of a company gets "voted" to be CEO through a rigged company election: RUINS the company exporting machinery to mexico or china, THE LEAVES WITH SEVERAL OR HUNDRED MILLION, despite the obvious fact they lost money)

WHEN ARE THESE PEOPLE GOING TO PRISON. WHY ISN'T TRUMP CLEANING UP THE SWAMP. AND WHY DID BUSH ALSO IGNORE HIS DUTIES?

Citibank is a public owned company. It's illegal for these companies to:

1) break federal law

2) discriminate customers / refuse service to "targeted customers"

3) only private clubs can do such a thing

4) THERE WAS NO SHARE HOLDER VOTE for Citibank to do this: the owners of the company were not even conferred with before breaking Constitutional laws

(Citibank says they won't lend money to weapon sellers if they sell weapons to age 18 buyers - crippling new sellers and giving New York City based franchise gun sellers a sale advantage. Many are protesting.)

it bothers me that Bush did a hire freeze in my area - but didn't say a damn word about Golden Parachutes (to my knowledge), while upping government pay

Trump so far the same - but no "legal hiring freeze", not legal (my area is full of dems who are stalking me, but trump didn't do that), and many Obama law repeals (over 5000 repealed - that count is from months ago)

Carly Fiorina WAS a golden parachuter.

HP LOST MONEY and shrank while she was there. She didn't help start the company (no skin in game not an entrepeneur). She was employed by HP. By "winning elecgtions" she left the company with ALLOT of money - millions, despite HP's losses.

It was during Bill Clinton, people wanted to sue (see above). Carly was not the only "breach of security" by far: the Federal Trade Regulators practically helped them do it (NYC / Clinton friends)

There was the GREAT IRA scandal that began when OBAMA got in office. MOST working americans lost 1/2 OF ALL OF THEIR LIFE SAVINGS in "criminal schemes" IN ONE YEAR (some held out and stocks rose - but even that is a comparative loss to other investments).

DURING CLINTON was another historic stock scam: home loans / REAL-ESTATE BUST (effecting even Donald Trump) (note news gingrich was indicated as well), but ALSO during CLINTON was the (penny stock / option / "derivative" scandal (run away crash coupled with people who had gotten stock but could not actually back up their loss - which was illegal then and now - you can't buy stock on credit UNTIL OBAMA BTW)

HOWEVER - the golden parachutes started that all, it ripped a hole in the already tenuous REGULATED trade industry which was regulated due to THE GREAT STOCK CRASH 1929 - the great depressions (marked by both natural disaster AND allot of cheating traders)

People are so busy cleaning up obama's scandals they've forgotten Bill Clinton left THE BIGGEST scandals:

* illegal golden parachutes for CEOs protected by law (and other non-prosecution of wall street) (previously illegal that is)

* pay for play Congress - lobbyists doing illegal things can't be prosecuted

* "equal school funding" became AN OPEN BANK DOOR allowing schools to get federal money for "any head" (including illegal immigrants), raise teacher pay, and eventually bleed all that into outrageous County pay (County that exist soley by non-virtue of federal school funding / federal dollars)

* corrupt County in USA - impossible to prosecute (unless they are accused from the inside - another scam)

* The great real-estate bust (investigated, no arrests)

* the derivatives / penny stock scandals

* Windows 95 became Windows 2000 without arrests (blue screens every several minutes - code that was never actually "written" despite claims) (federal money was used to repair them, the company never spent it's own money on repairs), WHILE CONGRESS was heavily invested in those stocks

* Sanctuary Cities began - they weren't protected by law but County that did it were allowed to threated (with police, weapons) any that opposed them ... also County hid what they were doing to un-aware public

These outweigh Obama's scandals - though Obama tried very hard to out-do Clinton he likely did not.

With regularity USA, and most countries in the World, are doing Government Bailouts of "too big to fail" companies.

The CEO of these companies getting government aide: have not been jailed, have not even been (necessarily) fired.

In many cases they were strong companies that had backing: the money that had gone missing: not appreciated. Sure they get a bailout but where did the money go?

It's this kind of "un-american business" that congress has been promoting (both democrat and republican).

it's not just civil rights laws that were being trampled upon or bum rushed

and really, in all, Congress has acted as a bum rush

so authorties often have acted as a bum rush

ignoring laws (such as immigration) to make their paychecks higher and other people's paychecks lower

they ignored laws while enforcing them on the poor - only when it meant money for them or a facade of legitimacy

but i'll say: absolutely illegitimate (using fx co gov as an example). %100 bum rush here by DNC in the area.
