It's an important reconstitution to make "an important and well connected government worker" liable for un-Constitutional actions. Way too much has slid by. It's resets a precedent.

However there are political slime balls throughout the USA who do bad things as a normal practice who are not effected. A precedent alone cannot touch un-touchables.

Massive cash tilted to the Republican interests in counties dems "took over" (inflating the dems past their ability to borrow) is all that can "reach out and touch" these dems, short of cutting off cell phones (but in dem areas, these are serviced by illegal aliens!)
