no offense but it looks like a glorified cheap camper. Also its so small there is no crew quarters so you are going to have to pilot, clean and cook for yourself - that hardly seems luxurious. So you pay all that money to sit in a camper and cook Ramen over a propane stove while being tossed around the ocean. Bleh, no thanks.

That isn’t a blue water cruiser. At the most a pretty party boat for ICW. Couldn’t handle anything more than 6’ seas.

What is the horsepower and range of the boat? It’s not a true blue water cruiser but fine for the bay. Are you going to bring her up by the ICW? A slip in this region is ridiculously expensive.

Why don't you just sell all your possessions and live on that baby? You could move to anywhere on earth at a moments notice. Just make sure you are careful as you sail around in the Carribbean--the drug cartels will throw you in to the gulf while they steal your yacht. You will need a permanent security arrangement to keep watch on it while you are out.

I sold land to Amazon for their new headquarters and this was a gift to myself.

Besides the MErcedes G Class, I’ve also ordered this all electric Yacht Tender to ferry family, friends and supplies to the Lady Helen. A lot of coastal towns don’t have docking facilities for a sixty five footer.
Thought a electric powered boat would be a nice touch. What do you think?

Great news! My financial setbacks got straightened out and the boat is safe and sound. In fact, I'm looking at upgrading to a 42' Linssen Grand Sturdy 430. I'll probably go ahead and sell Lady Helen. I was using her to run charters, but that's getting a bit of a drag now that my financial situation has improved so much. I might give Helen to one of my kids.

By the way, the yacht is just awesome. I only rode a yacht twice in my life and it’s just an unforgettable experience. My friend had a yacht and I often rode with him on the Gulf of Mexico and it was just amazing. He also loved his ship very much. By the way, I thought for a long time about what to give him for his birthday and decided to make a gift related to the boats. I started looking on the Internet for different options and came across a site with the top best gifts for boaters and choose Premium Cutting Board with a fishing rod holder, because Peter often caught fish and cooked it right on the boat. Ohh, you can’t even imagine how cool it is to eat fried fish directly on a boat while sailing on the sea. Peter really liked the gift but it was very expensive. Ohh, I liked the yachts so much that I think about buying an inexpensive yacht for myself ....

I have a 40' boat that I call a yacht.

I own a yacht too.

You know, I was really like to sail,but boat going out on the water on a faulty yacht is bad idea. When my boat broke down, I decided that renting is a good solution to the problem. Now I often turn to miami boat rental when I want to go out into open waters. It turns out to be cheaper and more convenient than maintaining my own yacht, and I am unequivocally confident in the serviceability of all systems and that I will not have any unpleasant situations in case of sudden bad weather or something else .

It was his thing. He got his first boat when I was like 9 or so a couple years after he had started his own business. Living land locked and having a boat seemed odd to me as far as time value of money. Boats have a large area to clean after being used, require a lot of maintenance seasonally, and dont seem to get enough hour usage to make it worth it. Later he moved out and got his own house on the water, built a huge dock and moved on to having 4 boats, one boat was entirely too big and stayed at a slip he kept in hattaras. Even with living on the water it was never a wise use of time and costs invested, but it was his thing so whatever. I learned from being observant of it though and I have a couple takeaways

If you're ever looking at used boats, it's the opposite of cars. Buy the 1 with more hours on it, the 1 with less hours seems like a deal but it's worse on the boat because it likely wasnt maintained regularly.
