worked until the day he croaked, and played in half a dozen bands. The epitome of someobody who made the MOST out of life. He simply let himself get pushed around by miz (who made the very LEAST out of life) and sharon.

I know I have my detractors on this point, but I really do see him as a victim in all of this. I know, I know, he shouldn't have played along with miz's bullshit, and shame on him for that. But many parents overindulge their child and mistake that for love.

So don't hate on tootguy; hate miz for manipulating an old man who deserved a much better son than he had.

Nah, Gerry is just a nuisance . Despite all the hate he gets, he’s really quite harmless. Phillip Leiser the unethical attorney is much more hated than the shit stain refugee ever was. Phillip Benzion Leiser has ruined people’s lives and made a living off of suing his clients.

Richard Moreno may well have been pushed around by Miz and Sharon, but he is responsible for his own actions. Richard went on a 200+ mile road trip just to stalk and intimidate eesh at the Megan vs. eesh trial. Richard signed the false attestations for the lawsuit, wrote out checks to the Leisers, swore out his own complaint to a magistrate over the horn-honking, and tolerated/condoned numerous criminal acts under his roof. Richard Moreno facilitated a convicted felon child molester's (Chris Tator) violation of the sex offender registry requirements. Arguably Richard's worst offense was failing to get adequate mental health care for his son. William needed a straitjacket and a team of psychiatrists, not a badly-fitting cheap suit and a team of sleazy lawyers.

The Moreno Crime Family stalked, defamed, harassed, and libeled numerous people, many of whom were innocent victims. Richard Moreno could have stopped it, but instead he not only allowed but facilitated it all. Richard Moreno is finally in a place he can't harm anyone else, and his evil son and wife deserve to be with him.
