Meade Skeleton is a result of an old Southern tradition, fucking your sisters and first cousins. Any defects in the Hauf genetic lineage were squared by the time Meade Skeleton came along.

Thankfully, nature finally put a foot in.

The Hauf lineage came to a crashing halt by Meades deformity itself, asexuality as a direct result of the fact his parents were first cousins, as were their parents and the parents before that. Probably a brother and sister union or two along the way as well.

These chain of events are much to the chagrin of Gretchen obviously, who can't seem to resist photographing her physically and mentally addled brother at every opportunity, in all stages of dress and undress.

Meade has to be at least average intelligence. I have read his blog and seeing his vlogs. He isn't mentally retarded. He's possibly bright. I'm guessing his IQ is around 115 or so. He can't be mildly retarded. He is able to drive. He painted his house. He can sing and write music and play instruments. He has edited his own videos on youtube. Amateurish though they are, a retarded person could not do that without loads of help. He also makes his own deliveries with Uber. He is of normal intelligence at the very least.

Usually, parents are a bit more proactive about making sure a lazy child eventually gets off his/her ass and becomes self sufficient.

I don't recall any local boy who was a good artist like Meade, there was years, years ago 2 performers that almost made it: Funny man Red Pickles and the singer Al "sticky pennies" Everette but that was years ago! I mean it would be nice to have a local boy make good; the politicians have not really distinguished themselves either

Meade has a rare case of Self-Retardation. This is a result of being fed false and fantastic information from infancy to present day. In Meades case, he probably chose to receive and digest only things that fit his perception of reality.

For example, he was indoctrinated at a very young age by an even quackier version of christianity than the average person. One or both of his parents were surely racists and that wore off on him. Many of us were force fed religious BS, but we eventually grew up and faced reality that it all nonsense. Meade didn't.

As a child he watched TV shows like "Leave it to Beaver", "Father Knows Best", "Hazel" and others that falsely portrayed America as a perfect white society with no war, crime, drugs and booze and poverty. Where we all learn a valuable lesson in the end. While many of us might have watched those same shows, we were able to distinguish TV world vs.real world. Meade was not.

Many of us had dreams of being a star one day, but there comes a time when we realize that's never gonna happen and we move on. Meade can't.

He's chosen a path of self-retardation and seems content with it. In order for him to claim he is autistic, he would have to undergo a psychological evaluation and I don't recall him ever mentioning that or at what age it was administered.
Yes, he may have one or multiple physical/mental impairments, possibly even inbreeding, but I put forth he did this to himself and chooses to be an imbecile.

Most people who have those dreams know they need to support themselves until they get famous. That is what often leads to a viable "plan B" for their career path. Meade didn't get that memo. That is why he is in his forties and is still only able to get hired at part-time minimum wage jobs.
