THERE NO SUCH THING AS gluten free FOOD. IN MY OPINON, IF YOU CANT EAT GLUTEN IS BECAUSE U DONT WANT TO NOT BECAUSE ITS BAD FOR YOU. THERE NO SUCH THINGS AS gluten free DIET/FODO
