No. Trump's endorsement had a slight positive impact for Moore. He was a terrible candidate and the political winds are blowing strongly against the GOP right now.

The Trump brand is irreparably tarnished.
Moore was of course a shitty candidate (one whom, however, the forum trumptardz were behind 100 percent), but Alabama being a deep red state, he should still have sailed through. Trump doomed him.
