Trump forced by concession into signing YET ANOTHER law protecting illegal aliens on welfare

(This measure has not been amended since it was passed by the House on May 24, 2017. The summary of that version is repeated here.)
Social Security Number Fraud Prevention Act of 2017
(Sec. 2) This bill: (1) prohibits federal agencies (including legislative and judicial branch agencies, with specified exceptions) from including any individual's Social Security account number on any document sent by mail unless the agency head determines that such inclusion is necessary; and (2) requires agencies that have Chief Financial Officers to issue regulations, within five years of this bill's enactment, that specify the circumstances under which such inclusion is necessary.

The ONLY POSSIBLE REASON FOR A MEXICAN ASKING FOR A LAW TO PREVENT A COURT FROM ASKING FOR SSN IS FOR IMMIGRATION LAWYERS TO PREVENT A JUDGE FROM LEARNING THE PERP IS AN ILLEGAL ALIEN WITHOUT AN SSN.
