It is impossible that Bill is the father. We know from Republican candidates that when a woman is raped her body prevents her from conceiving.

If Bill Clinton really wanted to clear the air on this, he'd submit to a DNA test and so would his "supposed" son. If it's negative, then the guy will have to deal with it and Bill is innocent. If it's positive, Bill better face up to the facts of reality.
