This appears to be a systemic problem. That's poor leadership that starts at the top.

The Obama Administration (and Hillary and company for that matter) should be widely investigated for their negligence and criminal activity. The findings in the very least should be published in an easy to read book so that Americans understand how badly these criminals abused the system and broke the law.
