I absolutely hate this phrase, and the people who use it. They think they're being so clever, but 99% of the time they completely misuse it.
Same as "ironic." The only people using it in conversation anymore are the ones who don't know what the fuck it means.

MrMephisto, we need to enable and synergize the user experience. Try to think outside the box and utilize the knowledgebase down to the granular level.

I used to work at a cemetery and we tamped down the graves after we backfilled them.
