Why when I try to post something does it tell me my IP, ISP or domain has been blocked?

That's easy.. Just reboot your router or use your cell phone not,on Wi-Fi.. Eesh taught me all the work arounds

That doesn't work if the block is correct. That only works if the block is based on IP addresses and old IPV4.

I see it when I am on my VPN where my public IP is Jersey or NY.

Cary has blocked groups of IP that aren't from Fairfax county because people were using them to spam the forum. He blocked a bunch from the Richmond area, NJ and NY.
