I work at this warehouse and the fuck asshole manager send me home today because Iwas texting..... Does he think I will go back? NOPE NOT GOING BACK JERK

You won't be missed.
If you actually do decide to get another job and somebody actually hires you (and it's a wonder you ever got hired anywhere, seeing your attitude), you might actually want to read the rules and if there's some part of them you don't understand actually ask somebody(like your supervisor) to explain that part to you.
If the rules say no cell phones on company time, that's what it means. turn off the cell phone, don't take it out, better, leave it in your locker, in the car or somewhere else. I don't allow my employees to have cell phones when they're on my time. If I hire them, I tell them that 50 times. If one of my managers hires them, he has instructions to tell them that 50 times. I also give out a written sheet of the rules and on their second day, the employees have to sign a statement saying they read them they understand them and any part that's not clear was explained until they understood. And in VA, it's a lot easier to fire somebody than a lot of places.
They have lockers. They can bring a lock and put their cell phone in their locker. If I see it in their pocket, they get a verbal and written warning. The second time, they get the rest of the pay period off. The third time, they get fired.
