Johnson was a National Unionist when he was impeached.

Nixon resigned after it became clear he would be impeached. The House committee had already recommended impeachment.

Nixon was in waaayyyyyy more trouble than Clinton, not even the same fuckin ballpark. Lying about a BJ, lol. Compared to conspiracy to cover up burglaries and felony violations of campaign finance laws, abuse of power, etc. Clinton got impeached because it would have been retarded to resign over such partisan nonsense.
