Lawyers for one of the women who have accused Donald Trump of sexual assault subpoenaed his campaign for all documents relating to her, all communications with or about her and "all documents concerning any woman who asserted that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately."

This comes in the case of Summer Zervos, a former contestant on "The Apprentice" who accused Trump of sexually assaulting her in 2007. The accusations were made in October of last year at a news conference.

The Apprentice contestant who tearfully accused Trump of sexual assault emailed him THIS YEAR asking to 'reconnect' and always spoke about him in 'glowing' terms

Summer Zervos held press conference on Friday, saying Donald Trump kissed her, groped her breast and 'thrust his genitals' at her in 2007

Her cousin John Barry released a statement through Trump's campaign
Barry said Zervos spoke highly of Trump for nearly a decade

He added that Zervos was seeking attention at Trump's expense

Trump campaign also released an email Zervos wrote to the presidential candidate, extolling the virtues of her restaurant in April 14, 2016

Zervos said she wrote a second email confronting Trump on April 21, 2016 writing: 'I have been incredibly hurt by our previous interaction'

The Trump campaign released an email from former The Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos, showing that she hoped to 'reconnect' with the presidential candidate in April 2016, years after her alleged sexual assault.

Zervos held a press conference on Friday with her attorney, claiming that Trump kissed her on the lips, touched her breast and 'thrust his genitals' at her when she met to discuss business opportunities in 2007.

But her cousin John Barry of Mission Viejo, California, accused Zervos of seeking attention at Trump's expense with the allegations, writing she 'had nothing but glowing things to say about [him]' for nearly a decade.

Barry claimed a motive for Zervos' actions, saying she turned on the business tycoon after he snubbed the email from her, dated April 14, 2016.
