He's playing it smart - miz's attorney is apparently bankrupt, and probably desperate for cash, so he is probably doing everything he can to harass eesh so he can send more invoices to the moronos.

Eesh's father is still very much alive, and you have no idea if eesh is even in his will. Furthermore almost any financial planner can tell him how to place his assets into a trust where you can never get to them.

Eesh can keep declaring bankruptcy until a judge eventually discharges the debt, and you will have to pay lawyers every time you go to court.

From what I understand about bankruptcy courts eesh is going to have to declare all his assets. That should be gold for the Moreno's to figure out what assets they want.
